I proposed bringing Claude into refinement, code review, and QA, cutting story definition time by 70% and eliminating most bugs caused by incomplete acceptance criteria.

At Oshyn, I worked as a Business Analyst and Software Engineer, mapping workflows and building enterprise websites and digital experience platforms with .NET, C#, SQL, and Sitecore.
