I’m a motivated and purpose-driven professional with a background in administration and customer service. With a Diploma in Business and Management from Sunderland University and hands-on experience across office operations and fast-paced retail, I bring logistics coordination, team leadership, and effective problem-solving to every role.

I’m committed to working with organizations that prioritize sustainability and community development, and I bring a proactive, values-led communication style as a lifelong learner. In my experience, I managed daily office operations, shipping and logistics for inventory and orders, organized filing for vendor contracts and invoices, scheduled meetings, and handled customer inquiries by email and phone; I also supported customers in-store using POS systems, maintained accurate cash drawer procedures, and coordinated waitlists and takeout/delivery orders.
