What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead NPI and product readiness work that improves yield, test robustness, and cost efficiency—using DOE, data analytics, and C++ test optimization—while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring teams to accelerate manufacturing scale-up.

I’m a Staff Product Engineer focused on driving cost efficiency, yield gains, and accelerated NPI across global semiconductor manufacturing environments. I own product readiness end-to-end—from introduction through high-volume manufacturing—leading characterization, reliability, and test release across distributed teams, while using data analysis, DOE, and C++ test refinement to improve stability and throughput.

Over my career, I’ve streamlined manufacturing by reducing cycle time, improving test flows, and increasing parallelism—delivering a 20–50% reduction in test time through eliminating redundant flows and optimizing test routines. I also strengthen quality by resolving assembly-related failures with bench correlation, X-ray validation, GRR/CPK, and diagnostics; improve documentation control and PLM traceability through ECO management and standardized templates; and qualify second-source sites to accelerate scale-up and supply-chain resilience. I’m passionate about mentoring technicians and NCGs, and I’ve supported sustaining deliverables contributing to $40.3M revenue while earning multiple Spark of Brilliance and a Bravo Award.
