What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation and travel, and interested in manufacturing engineering work spanning product design through mass production.

At Endress+Hauser Optical Analysis, I lead a team of 6–8 engineers and doubled monthly output from $2M to $4M within the same facility footprint by redesigning product flow and improving process yield.

I partnered with R&D and engineering on new product introductions, and built a data-structuring initiative that enabled real-time SPC charting. I also caught a calibration error before market release, preventing a field failure and costly product recall.

At Extron Electronics, I handled the technical transfer of roughly 250 product lines to a contract manufacturer in China, preparing work instructions, assembly procedures, and test criteria for a turnkey handoff. My background also includes defining manufacturability requirements for SpectraSensors Inc.'s $8M NextGen platform and supporting high-precision production with PFMEA, CAPA, and 8D root-cause analysis.
