At Swiss Re, I lead the data platform, engineering organisation and analytics capability behind a USD 2B casualty treaty portfolio. I lead a 50+ person organisation across data engineering, data science, analytics and actuarial, scaling the Casualty Centre of Excellence from 15 people while maintaining annual attrition below 5%.

I've led the migration from legacy warehouse estates to Palantir Foundry, established domain-oriented data ownership, and built controls for model lifecycle, CI/CD, lineage, quality and access. I also architected SMASH, replacing spreadsheet workflows for 450+ pricing parameters and returning more than 2,500 hours annually.

My work connects underwriting, pricing and portfolio risk: I co-owned analytics that supported a roughly 72% exposure reduction and surfaced approximately USD 45B in aggregate exposure across 20+ treaties.

I also led Swiss Re's global IT service continuity response following a Mandiant assessment, defining backup, disaster recovery and ransomware-readiness standards across more than 2,200 critical applications. Earlier, I built customer-facing insurance websites for Aviva using C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs and SQL Server.
