At Saks Global, I engineered and deployed Salesforce features for over 400 agents, including pause/resume call recording with LWC, Aura, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Connect APIs.

I delivered custom LWC and Aura components backed by Apex, SOQL, and REST integrations to improve customer-support workflows. I also architected an After-Call Work monitoring solution that improved post-call efficiency by approximately 15% and helped reduce recurring defects through production debugging and workflow optimization.

I build beyond CRM systems as well. I created an AI research assistant using four autonomous agents, shared-memory orchestration, Groq and Gemini APIs, and a Streamlit interface, reducing redundant API calls by more than 80%.

I also engineered a C++17 deep packet inspection engine for real-time traffic classification, including TLS SNI parsing, multithreaded packet processing, flow affinity, and thread-safe queues.
