At Sitetracker, I build authenticated AI chat and agent tools for Salesforce using Python, FastAPI, OAuth 2.0, PKCE, and certificate-signed grants.
I’ve delivered secure NetSuite, Slack, Teams, and Outlook integrations with per-user authorization, approval-gated writes, replay protection, and background processing. I also restored large-result offloading for agent execution, replacing a 1.79 MB inline payload with an 829-character resource reference in a validated development case.
I develop Salesforce product features including Enhanced Timetracker and Ticket Planning, covering task search, permissions, dependencies, cycle validation, and React Native task blocking. I strengthened quality through Apex, Jest, and Playwright tests, increasing Salesforce SDK Apex coverage from 90% to 96.5% in a package verification run.
Previously at News Corp and Publicis Sapient, I built REST API and Zuora-Salesforce integrations, delivered Lightning migration and Service Cloud Live Chat, and developed Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs. I also mentor junior developers and hold Salesforce Platform Developer II, Platform Developer I, and JavaScript Developer I certifications.
