At Deloitte Consulting, I designed end-to-end experiences for Arizona Integrated Eligibility, a statewide digital product serving 61K+ residents. I unified previously siloed aid programs and continued supporting AtoZ through its first year, using user feedback to guide iteration.
I shipped a scalable Figma design system with reusable components and patterns, alongside 40+ end-to-end user journeys. I also managed designers and owned design reviews, mentorship, and career development for junior staff.
For Wisconsin DHS AFH/HCBS, I redesigned redundant intake workflows and defined product requirements, cutting application intake time by 32% for 4,100+ caseworkers. I used Salesforce Lightning App Builder and Experience Cloud to create interactive prototypes and support delivery.
My work has also included USPS service blueprints and operational journeys, mixed-methods research with Hispanic/Latinx professionals at Deloitte US, and usability research for vehicle dashboards and HUDs at Lextant Corporation. I use human-centered design, research, and systems thinking to make complex workflows more intuitive and accessible.
