I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my skills in sustainable building and project management while contributing to impactful urban development initiatives.

As a dedicated Independent Property Damage Surveyor, I have been self-employed since April 2020, focusing on sustainable building technology and green construction. My role involves coordinating on-site appointments, assessing damage for insurance claims, and preparing comprehensive reports. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Green Building Engineering at Technische Hochschule Köln, where I am also conducting research on promoting green roof projects.

Previously, I served as a Campaign Manager for local elections, where I led a successful campaign for the district association of Bündnis 90/Die Grünen. My experience includes organizing events, managing schedules, and developing social media strategies to engage voters.
