I'm currently supporting research and teaching on real estate development, urban development, and smart cities at HTW Berlin while completing a Master in Data Science for Public Policy at Hertie School.
At GIZ's CitiesAdapt programme, I managed multilingual communications, supported monitoring and evaluation tracking tools, and helped improve a Remote Sensing Tool hosted on Google Earth Engine. I also organized digital events with national, state, and local government stakeholders in South Africa and Mexico.
For the City of Osasco, I produced geospatial analysis from public-survey microdata and administrative records, coordinated the GeoPortal, and contributed technical studies and legal text for the Municipal Master Plan revision. Earlier in São Paulo, I coordinated georeferencing and public-property management work and produced maps for land-use legislation.
My work combines R, Python, SQL, georeferencing, survey data, and policy research. I've also researched active transportation using a SAR Probit model, curated Brazilian public-survey microdata, and analyzed COVID-19 policy and labour-market data.
