At CoreFiling, I coordinate QA across multiple Agile projects and more than 15 web-based products, owning test strategy, release validation, quality standards, and release readiness.

I build reusable Playwright and TypeScript UI automation for a major SaaS product, covering critical financial workflows, authentication, validation, and complex user journeys. I also test REST and GraphQL APIs with Postman and Insomnia, support GitLab CI execution, and manage AWS-hosted test environments.

I work closely with developers, product stakeholders, international clients, and distributed teams to refine requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and diagnose integration and application issues. I mentor junior QA engineers in test design, debugging, defect reporting, and QA best practices.

Before moving into software QA, I progressed at Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading root-cause investigations, corrective actions, GMP training, and continuous-improvement activities in regulated quality-control environments.
