Conducted door-to-door outreach to generate leads and promote siding and roofing services. Delivered tailored sales pitches by identifying customer needs, building rapport quickly, and adapting communication to different situations.

Analyzed quality control processes in the picking/packing department to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Presented employee performance statistics using Microsoft Excel charts and graphs and developed proposed process improvement solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

Analyzed 25.9M e-commerce behavior records to evaluate view, cart, and purchase funnel performance. Built funnel metrics and business summaries, created tables/charts and recommendations, and used AI-assisted summarization/documentation support while validating outputs against source data.

Assisted in designing and executing practice plans for 30 collegiate track and field athletes and helped guide athletes to 50+ personal records over two seasons. Coordinated logistics for practices, meets, and team events and served as a mentor and leader for student-athletes.

Pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Northwood University with an expected completion date of July 2026.

Completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Grand Valley State University, with an April 2024 graduation date.
