At FARE - URLO STUDIO, I direct a $20M portfolio that includes Mocolí Deportivo Social Club and the M56 Nadur, Cálea, and Doma residential complexes. I use PERT, CPM, and ENVI scheduling, and manage project budgets and work progress certifications.
At TU Delft, I researched collaboration across infrastructure projects, analyzing Meanderende Maas and developing the Inter-organizational Collaboration Assessment Tool (ICAT). I also evaluated technical interfaces and stakeholder coordination for the Zandhazenbrug program.
Earlier, I managed planning and contract administration for the $300M Refinery of the Pacific earthworks and dredging project, and administered the $400M New Quito International Airport contract. My experience also includes commercial and land developments, structural design, and construction project work in the USA, Ecuador, and The Netherlands.
