I built SiteMind around the equipment-ordering process at Prospect Waterproofing, where I was the single point of contact for equipment requests. The self-hosted platform uses OpenAI to turn free-text requests into structured Airtable records, with a human confirmation step before anything is saved or sent.

SiteMind includes seven n8n workflows for request intake, status changes, vendor notifications, and weekly reporting. I also set up Twilio SMS with A2P 10DLC compliance and documented the system for non-technical users; a first commercial pilot is in preparation.

On a separate job application tracker project, I built an AI email agent that classifies incoming messages with a strict JSON schema, updates Airtable, and sends WhatsApp alerts through Twilio. I use JavaScript, REST APIs, and webhooks in my workflows, and I use Claude Code daily.
