What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my senior editorial leadership, proofreading rigor, and style-guided writing to produce publication-ready content across print and digital—while collaborating with SMEs and designers to manage workflows, timelines, and quality from draft to final.

I’m a Senior Editorial Manager with 2001–2024 experience at Pivot Point International, Inc., a $43 million global hair and beauty educational content publisher. I managed editorial team development and production of educational programs, overseeing writing and editing across textbooks, study guides, teacher support materials, DVDs, and online learning systems.

I bring a strong end-to-end editorial workflow—partnering with content developers, SMEs, and graphic designers from concept to completion, and managing timelines, resource assignments, and reprints/corrections systems. I also deliver high-accuracy proofreading for advertising materials and eBooks (average 350 pages), and I write and edit for publications including Screen Magazine, California Horsetrader, Arabian Horse Times, Arabian Horse Express, Horseplay Insider, Travel Baja Explorer, and Venture Magazine—using AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style, and UK English.
