Co-led the finance workstream for a ~$15M USD distribution center relocation, managing parallel cost models during the dual-operation transition. Supported executive planning by analyzing ~$700M USD revenue/margin drivers and building gross revenue and margin forecasts with scenario planning for target achievement.

Supervised SG&A accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll accounting, GR/IR, and marketing accounting, overseeing ~$120M MXN in monthly invoicing. Led and developed a 6-member accounting team and ensured accurate, timely monthly close while supporting contract and indirect vendor accounting analysis.

Managed Nike Mexico cash flow across 8 bank accounts, overseeing ~$1B MXN in monthly cash movement and coordinating banking and FX operations. Conducted FX and SG&A analysis and managed treasury, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and bank reconciliations to support liquidity needs.

Led financial and SOX compliance audits for ~20 enterprise clients, mapping internal controls and delivering independent audit opinions. Recommended process improvements and ensured reliability of financial information across major industries.
