At Qlik, I designed interactive product demos for an enterprise B2B software product, working with product managers to create user flows and prototypes that taught new users its capabilities. I tested demos with users and iterated based on what I learned.
I also built and updated Qlik Sense applications for the sales team, designing data views for a business audience. I wrote and published design articles for the Qlik Design Blog and used AI assistants in research, content creation, and routine design tasks.
At Tech Fleet, I wrote site copy and microcopy with UX designers and researchers, and co-developed usability study interview guides with the research team. I’m Google UX Design certified and hold a BA in English with a concentration in Technical Writing from Louisiana Tech University.
