At Sports Excitement, I lead UX design for a career advancement web platform, partnering with product managers, researchers, and developers to define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

I create responsive, accessible experiences for web and mobile, conduct competitive analysis and usability testing, and maintain Figma design systems and component libraries that reduced design inconsistencies by 50%. I also co-lead and mentor eight UX design interns while delivering data-driven presentations that align user needs with business goals.

Through Designlab and Bokic Creative Inc., I designed end-to-end experiences across fitness, family travel, banking, relocation, and property and rental management. My work includes user interviews, personas, usability testing, information architecture, mobile-first design, and clearer UX writing.

My background in journalism and administrative support strengthened the research, storytelling, organization, and communication I bring to UX narrative building and cross-functional collaboration.
