What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Agile teams as a technical expert—architecting and mentoring on modern Java/React solutions, delivering client-approved improvements, and building reliable systems with scalable, cloud-ready practices.

I’m a Technical Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton performing technical lead duties for internal application development. I lead teams through Agile Scrum ceremonies, guide design and development, and serve as a technical expert in client meetings.

I bring hands-on experience across multiple stacks, including Java Spring Boot with JavaScript or React-Redux frontends, plus Ruby on Rails with React-Redux. I establish relationships with Clients, Product Owners, and Project Manager, architect solutions, and provide code reviews and mentoring to other developers.

Earlier in my career, I developed IBM Mainframe applications using Cobol, DB2, IMS, and JCL, and built distributed systems to scan and process mailed checks. I also delivered iOS and Android applications, implemented RESTful client-server communication using Jackson JSON, and supported large-scale operations (including managing an email server sending 20,000+ emails per week).
