At ADP, I helped design and implement an ETL process that extracts, transforms, and normalizes cloud resource data before loading it into the ServiceNow CMDB.

From 2023 to 2026, I led ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery teams. I developed a daily schedule for scanning on-premises virtual and physical assets and built asset lifecycle health metrics and assessment tools.

Earlier at ADP, I remotely co-led a CMDB redesign, moving one-off implementations to a shared relational data structure. I also contributed to a React interface with a GraphQL API and a Spring Batch migration from upstream databases and third-party APIs.

Across roles at Dollar Tree Corporate, Ixxus, and Rothbury Software, I worked on enterprise applications, content systems, APIs, and ETL pipelines. My work included leading development teams and implementing solutions for clients such as Shire Pharmaceuticals, Nike, and Fox Broadcasting.
