I’ve been deeply involved in Minecraft server culture since childhood, including long-term engagement with Hypixel and competitive Factions communities. That time built my strong understanding of player behavior, progression motivations, and how unfair play undermines trust.
I also have early moderation exposure as an unpaid helper on The Archon, where I watched for clear cheating and disruptive gameplay and handled temporary bans within the helper role. I learned that moderation is about protecting normal players, staying calm, and making careful decisions.
Professionally, I’ve operated remote e-commerce and product research workflows, using spreadsheets, repeatable trackers, customer communication, and consistent documentation to resolve issues accurately.
