What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-focused team where I can own end-to-end front-end architecture in React, build accessible UX, and raise engineering quality with strong testing, CI, and performance work—while collaborating closely with UX and back-end engineers.

I’m a versatile Senior Front-End Engineer with 6+ years of experience across global enterprise, fast-paced startups, and product-focused teams. My core strength is building accessible, high-performance front-ends—specialising in the React ecosystem—while maintaining a strong back-end engineering foundation.

In my current role as Senior Front End Engineer at DBtune (Malmö, Sweden), I hold complete technical ownership of the frontend architecture, evolving an MVP into a scalable, production-ready codebase. I led a full frontend overhaul, refactored monolithic components into reusable hooks, enforced strict TypeScript consistency, and introduced linting to eliminate regressions.

I also modernised tooling and improved performance by upgrading core dependencies and adopting the React 19 compiler, then implementing code-splitting and lazy loading to shrink large chunks into efficient async loads. I built a greenfield testing strategy (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright E2E) that scaled coverage to 95%, integrated MSW for API mocking, and added CI quality gates—while partnering with UX designers to deliver consistent, accessible UI verified through visual regression testing.
