What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead accessible, high-quality online learning and faculty development while supporting adult learners, inclusive education, and meaningful curriculum innovation.

I lead Eastern Kentucky University’s Instructional Design Center, guiding online course development, faculty support, instructional technology, quality assurance, and competency-based program initiatives. I’ve built scalable workflows, Canvas design standards, accessibility guidance, and faculty development programs that align learning design with institutional priorities.

I also teach early childhood education at Barton Community College, helping traditional and adult learners connect child development, inclusive practice, practicum experiences, and professional responsibilities to their work with children and families. My background includes early childhood special education, K–6 special education, assistive technology, ESL/GED instruction, and more than a decade of community college teaching.
