I’m looking for a role where I can own technical quality and launch readiness, use SQL + BI to drive data-backed decisions, and build scalable workflows that improve healthcare operations end-to-end.

I’m a Technical Quality and Launch Manager with 10+ years in healthcare operations and clinical data management. In my latest roles at OpenLoop Health, I led post-implementation pre-launch audits to ensure 100% launch-readiness and coordinated complex timelines across Sales, Clinical Ops, and Technical teams.

I also focus on turning messy problems into repeatable systems—building operational playbooks to improve launch efficiency, owning end-to-end launch lifecycle from implementation handoff to client go-live, and serving as an internal SME for go-to-market enablement.
