At Zenitech, I lead product design for an AI-driven healthcare navigation platform serving 3M+ active members across 570+ employer clients. I defined its member-facing AI experience architecture, including a shared model across five surfaces and an Assist pattern within the existing design system.

At Sweap, I was the first product designer and turned a feature-led event platform into one product. I unified event creation and helped reduce core setup from 60+ minutes to 9, while migrating the live product to a token-based design system.

At Ostre, I founded and ran a design studio for SaaS and AI-driven products, owning positioning, client relationships, scoping and delivery. Earlier, I combined UX/UI design with frontend development, including building a global check-in ticketing system for Turnfest and collaborating with CERN engineers and scientists on an interactive map for IDMC.
