What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance experience with IT support—helping users resolve technical issues, improving reliability, and growing in networking and operating systems with a supportive team.

I’m an electromechanical technician with experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, and I’m currently oriented toward IT support. I bring hands-on field work in substations and electrical systems, while also building a solid IT foundation through my Google IT Support Professional Certificate (Coursera).

In my recent roles, I maintained and repaired electrical circuits, supported tower and lighting system maintenance, diagnosed faults in lighting and electrical systems, and kept detailed records of repairs, parts replaced, and time spent. I also work with structured support practices—answering technical needs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and applying networking and operating system concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows/Linux) to help users resolve problems quickly and accurately.
