I build and validate mission-critical launch network infrastructure at NASA.

Message

At NASA, I support segmented enterprise infrastructure across 250+ managed switches for Launch Control Center operational and development environments. I engineered VLAN segmentation and ACL policies, validated critical fiber paths, and configured switches supporting mission-critical launch infrastructure.

I've executed RFC 2544 performance validation between the Launch Control Center and Mobile Launcher, certifying throughput, latency, and frame loss. During live Artemis II launch support, I provide on-call, real-time response to network and hardware issues.

I diagnose Layer 2/3 connectivity and performance issues with Wireshark and iPerf, resolving loops, duplicate IP conflicts, VLAN mismatches, gateway misconfigurations, DNS issues, and network-layer problems affecting systems and software teams.

I also maintain authoritative hardware maps, create topology diagrams and rack layouts, lead switch refresh and firmware upgrades, and develop structured network validation test cases under QA oversight. Earlier, I supported infrastructure installations, cabling deployments, IP cameras, and PC connectivity for dental offices at DHD Computer Networks.
