My career began as a Data Entry Specialist at Systems Online SCT, Inc., where I honed my skills in database management and customer service. I took the initiative to engage in technical writing tasks, which paved the way for my next role as a Technical Writer at Querix. There, I focused on creating clear and concise software documentation, ensuring that users could easily understand the materials provided.

In addition to my writing experience, I have successfully managed my own online vinyl record store since 2016, where I have developed strong communication skills and a keen understanding of e-commerce. My role as a Fulfillment Specialist at B2B Soft further enhanced my organizational abilities and my capacity to work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
