I seek senior EHS/QHSSE roles in project-driven, safety-first organizations where I can lead ISO-based systems, reduce risk to zero-LTI, coach teams, and align safety goals with schedule and budget.

I am a seasoned QHSSE professional with over 23 years' experience delivering safety management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across oil & gas, power, geothermal, smelter and heavy construction projects throughout Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

I have led HSSE programs for upstream and downstream oil & gas, offshore platforms, onshore processing, and high-risk construction zones, consistently achieving Zero LTI through risk-based approaches, audit-ready documentation, and integrated incident-prevention strategies.

My work spans major projects with multinational contractors and clients, where I implemented ISO-aligned management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001), led audits, developed SOPs and training, and managed high-risk activities including confined space, working at height, hot work, lifting/rigging, electrical/LOTO, and heavy equipment operations.

I combine technical knowledge of SCADA, substation and electrical distribution safety with project controls, scheduling and cost-awareness to ensure safety milestones align with budget and schedule, and I actively support emergency response, incident investigation and continuous improvement.
