Supervises and manages coping, pierhead, and appron construction to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitors progress and project costs, reviews technical documentation/drawings, coordinates with stakeholders, and manages RFIs and site documentation.

Supervises site construction activities through regular inspections and preparation of Notice For Inspection before QC inspection. Enforces daily site safety (toolbox meetings), instructs crews and subcontractors on safety and method statement compliance, and maintains site records and attendance reporting.
