Previously, as QHSE Supervisor and Management Representative at PT Widya Sapta Contractor, I developed the internal QHSE management system and supported compliance with ISO standards, SMK3, and mining safety requirements. At PT Taiho Nusantara, I led internal audits on OHSAS 18001:2007 and worked on hazard identification, risk assessment, safety training, and environmental reporting.
