I’m looking for a clinic or hospital role where I can deliver exceptional optometry, lead SOP-driven clinic operations, champion pediatric eye health access, and use data and partnerships to improve patient experience and organizational outcomes.

I’m a visionary optometrist and healthcare professional focused on delivering measurable impact in patient care and clinic performance. I drive high-quality eye care by combining comprehensive optometry with operational leadership—SOP development, equipment upkeep, and data-driven performance reporting.

In leadership roles at Care Hospital, I implemented SOPs that improved workflow outcomes and increased clientele, while also coordinating equipment upgrades and inpatient ophthalmic services.
