What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and continuous-improvement efforts where I can strengthen team autonomy, streamline complex workflows, improve software quality, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

At Isagenix, I designed and implemented delivery frameworks for MuleSoft-to-Azure AIS and Xamarin-to-.NET MAUI projects, saving $2 million annually through more efficient Scrum and Kanban delivery.

I've guided Agile delivery across complex requirements pipelines, coordinating 300+ ceremonies and managing five product backlogs. I use lead time, deployment frequency, and cycle time metrics to improve workflows, remove cross-functional dependencies, and keep developers focused on delivery.

Earlier, I led quality assurance efforts through root-cause analysis, regression testing, defect-trend analysis, manual test-case design, and QA documentation. I value transparent communication, continuous improvement, psychological safety, and high-quality software outcomes.
