What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile or hybrid delivery for complex cross-functional teams, building practical processes that improve alignment, planning confidence, and predictable outcomes.

I build predictable teams that deliver value. My career has centered on improving how work moves from idea to delivery and helping teams create a rhythm they can trust.

I’m most energized by strengthening how teams work together. I help teams understand what matters and build confidence in their delivery. I help leaders/ stakeholders see what teams can realistically commit to and deliver by building clear dashboards and reports that support better decision-making.

Agile is the foundation of how I work, but I focus on practical execution over process for the sake of process. My goal is to create a delivery environment that is sustainable and built around value.
