I've delivered esports tournaments, live broadcasts, and player experiences for World of Tanks Blitz, Age of RTS, SteelSeries, Rising Empires, Intel, and Beastyqt. I manage competitive formats, scheduling, player communications, talent operations, sponsor coordination, and in-game tournament-system integrations.
Through Age of RTS, I led SteelSeries-sponsored Age of Empires IV competitions and managed Masters of Steel, an eight-player S-tier LAN in Copenhagen for a 104-person live event. I've also produced LAN events in Norway and Germany, led a 32-person on-site crew, and hosted Homestead Cup 2026 in Niš.
I've built and supported esports communities across multiple titles, including English/German and Russian-language Discord communities totaling more than 272,000 members. Alongside esports, I lead gamified onboarding and product work at Achieve Test Prep, improving retention and customer lifetime value.
