At Winfinity, I supervised, trained, and coordinated Game Presenters and Shufflers during daily studio operations. I also contributed to launching and establishing company operations in Serbia, including team setup and process implementation.

I managed onboarding and training for new team members, planned staff schedules, and provided ongoing operational guidance. I also tracked KPIs and organized retraining sessions and one-to-one meetings when needed.

At Arrise powering Pragmatic Play, I worked as a Floor Supervisor, overseeing presenters and shufflers and monitoring attendance. I helped maintain studio quality and safety through equipment inspections and by identifying potential issues.

At Yettel Bank, I supported customers with repayment plans, outstanding debts, transaction history, and the bank’s mobile and web applications. I coordinated escalations of complex application issues and maintained customer records using Excel.
