At Boost Mobile, I lead fourteen managers and individual contributors building the weekly Consensus Demand Plan, supply chain databases, and dashboards. I've increased forecast accuracy by 8% through statistical models, assumption testing, stronger Sales and Marketing participation, and improved MAPE and Bias measurement.

I created a store-level forecasting process for 4,000 retail stores and curate disparate data sets to improve dashboard response time and self-service for more than 100 employees. I also drive robotic process automation and AI capabilities using Snowflake and Databricks, while serving as a business partner for IT's Data Governance Program.

Previously at Ball Corporation, I transformed demand planning into a statistical, assumption-based consensus process, improved accuracy KPIs by 7% in my first year, and established a CPFR team for direct customer forecast and inventory planning. I also led supply planning toward systematic production plans that balance production and inventory costs with profit.

Across Zimmer Biomet, DIRECTV, Nestlé USA, Gates, Johns Manville, and Masterfoods, I've built S&OP and IBP processes, led demand planning teams, improved forecasting, and connected Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT around shared plans and data.
