At Dance Academy of Virginia, I run operations for a two-location organization and helped grow enrollment from 722 to 1,477. I built the DAV Staff Hub, a 13-module HR and operations platform, and developed an absence workflow with a live Airtable dashboard and Slack and Zapier notifications.
I also manage intake and prioritization for a partnership with an external engineering team building proprietary scheduling software. After moving the business from Google Drive to Notion in 2.5 weeks, Notion selected DAV as a featured customer story; I also used enrollment data to shape the 26/27 campaign, which reached year-over-year growth of 47% in McLean and 96% in Del Ray.
