Managed and maintained the university's ARCHIBUS CAFM system and associated databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of facilities information across three campuses. Developed institutional documentation standards, reviewed drawing packages, and represented the university in a multi-institutional ARCHIBUS implementation initiative.

Managed occupancy, space-planning, and facilities data for large-scale government and corporate client portfolios. Delivered CAFM, AutoCAD, and Revit services, developed architectural floor plans, and conducted site walkthroughs and space audits.
