What I'm looking for

I seek clinical roles that allow me to advance patient care, mentor staff, and continue FNP training in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

I am a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in correctional healthcare and long-term care, currently serving as a Night Shift Preceptor Trainer. I provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, medication administration, chronic disease management, wound care, and resident-centered ADL support.

As a trainer and mentor, I onboard and guide new nursing staff, emphasize accurate documentation and safety protocols, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. I have been recognized for leadership and patient-care excellence through awards and employee recognition.

I am currently enrolled in an MSN-FNP program to advance my clinical scope and continue delivering high-quality, ethical care while supporting team development and fostering effective communication with patients and families.
