I seek a role that allows me to advocate for patients and foster strong relationships in a supportive healthcare environment.

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience in providing high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. My journey began with an Associate's Degree in Nursing, followed by a Bachelor's in Nursing, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.9. I have honed my skills in critical thinking and patient assessment while working in diverse roles, including as an ORTHO and NEURO RN at Mercy Health, where I developed individualized care plans for patients undergoing various procedures.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to building strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring they receive the best possible care. My role as a school nurse has allowed me to advocate for children's health needs, ensuring they are up to date with immunizations and health screenings. I believe in the importance of collaboration, having worked alongside multidisciplinary teams to implement standardized nursing care and improve patient outcomes.
