What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue delivering comprehensive family nurse practitioner care—blending preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education—while coordinating testing and referrals to achieve clear, individualized treatment plans.

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care for Medicare and commercially insured patients across the lifespan. In my current role, I manage an average daily patient volume of 20–25 patients in a busy primary care setting.

I provide acute care visits, chronic disease management, annual physicals, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits. I review and interpret laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, and other testing to guide diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

I develop individualized treatment plans, perform medication management, order appropriate testing, and coordinate referrals as needed. I also deliver preventive care, health screenings, patient education, and ongoing follow-up for both acute and chronic conditions.

Previously, I worked in occupational health environments providing direct care for workers’ compensation injuries, including suturing and physicals such as DOT physicals and pre-employment physicals. I also interpret spirometry and laboratory results, and communicate with employers, case managers, and insurance adjusters regarding care plans and referrals.
