Martim Caldeira

I was studying Business Management at Instituto Politécnico de Tomar after completing a socio-economic course at Escola Secundária Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho.

I've participated in EDP – Partilha com Energia and an Erasmus+ youth exchange, gaining exposure to collaborative projects and new environments.

I approach tasks by first understanding what is required so I can deliver rigorous, efficient, quality work. I'm committed, responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated to keep learning.

I work well in teams, plan strategically, solve problems, and can communicate in Portuguese and advanced English. I also use Microsoft Office, Google tools, and social media platforms confidently.
