What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead communications, advocacy, and program initiatives that use storytelling and community engagement to expand visibility, influence public discourse, and advance equitable social, governance, and health outcomes.

At Baraza Media Lab Foundation, I curate and produce the Africa Media Festival and civic programs that convene media and creative practitioners across Africa. I’ve led multi-country programming, partnerships with BBC, Bloomberg, DW Akademie, and Thomson Reuters Foundation, and teams of more than 50 people.

I’ve also advanced vaccine equity with People’s Medicines Alliance and led communications and advocacy across East Africa at Aga Khan University. My work combines storytelling, advocacy, donor-funded program management, and community engagement to make governance and health issues accessible and actionable.

Designed and institutionalized Baraza's flagship Program Curation Tool, contributing to multi-million-dollar funding. Led curation and production for over 1,000 participants across 30+ countries, managing a 50+ member team.
