At Wilken Software Group, I lead multiple SaaS implementation projects for energy utility clients across Germany, owning scope, budgets, timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery through go-live.
I turn business and technical requirements into implementation plans, functional specifications, and structured project governance. I lead consultants, developers, and client representatives without direct line authority, manage risks and change requests, and report financial performance to steering committees and senior management.
I turned around a critically escalated project after nearly a year of daily client escalations by restructuring the team setup and clarifying cross-departmental responsibilities. The project reached a successful go-live in December 2024 and generated strong client feedback.
Previously at Robert Bosch GmbH, I facilitated Scrum ceremonies, managed Jira backlogs, tracked delivery metrics, and built Power BI and Excel reporting. I bring experience in IT controlling, procurement systems, process improvement, SAP, and international IT rollouts.
