What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-focused role where I can manage B2B customer relationships, improve onboarding and retention, resolve complex issues, and work cross-functionally to strengthen customer experience and operational processes.

At Comfy Workers Ltd, I manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS client accounts as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle. I lead onboarding and implementation, helping clients adopt the platform effectively while maintaining engagement records and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
