What I'm looking for

I'm looking for roles where operational strategy, product increment planning, data, and technology converge, with the mandate to build practical frameworks, align teams around outcomes, remove roadblocks, and create lasting cultural change.

I've led operational excellence and program management at Cafler, partnering with leadership on OKRs, business performance indicators, quarterly roadmaps, and agile ways of working.

At Softonic, I designed and implemented Scrum across 12 product and engineering teams and led quarterly Program Increment Planning to align product, technology, and business priorities. I also championed OKRs, structured retrospectives, and AI-readiness initiatives to strengthen execution and continuous improvement.

Before that, I co-founded Docfarma, where I owned product vision, backlog, sprint execution, and the journey from MVP to market validation. At Danone, I spent 12 years building and scaling a corporate Data & BI ecosystem serving 58 business units, managing 40+ FTEs and the BI delivery roadmap.

I'm an engineer, PCC executive coach, and lifelong learner who enjoys helping teams turn strategy into action. My motto is: Action generates momentum.
