I've led end-to-end sourcing and procurement across SafeGuard World Payroll Services, Genpact, Jash Engineering, and Sarda Energy and Minerals. My work spans indirect materials, manufacturing procurement, CAPEX projects, MRO, and supplier management.

At SafeGuard World Payroll Services, I managed source-to-contract strategic sourcing for indirect materials across LGC European entities and served as Global Commodity Manager for selected Power, Industrial, and Health categories. I delivered 5% savings in the PPE category through supplier analysis, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, and risk mitigation.

At Jash Engineering, I achieved 7% cost savings in indirect materials and consumables, converted repeat orders into rate contracts, and supported the 2020 SAP implementation with procurement master data.

Earlier at Sarda Energy and Minerals, I delivered CAPEX procurement for induction furnaces, transformers, WDM, and EOT cranes while leading purchasing activities, vendor relationships, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and junior team members. I focus on cost optimization, reliable supply, quality, and practical collaboration with stakeholders.
