Marnelle Jelai Laguerta

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher majoring in English, with experience delivering K–12 instruction and supporting holistic learner growth. As a Senior High School Class Adviser, I manage academic performance tracking and classroom administration, while designing and delivering English courses including EAPP (English for Academic and Professional Purposes), Oral Communication, Reading and Writing, Research Writing, and Grade 8 English. I also create assessment tools, rubrics, and examinations, and maintain accurate data management for grading and official school forms.

Alongside teaching, I provide reliable remote support through Virtual Assistant work focused on customer service and e-commerce operations. I manage order fulfillment and logistics using Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, handle inventory tracking and SKU accuracy across channels, and resolve high volumes of order inquiries, disputes, returns, and refund requests with strong data integrity. I’m committed to continuous improvement—having led reading intervention initiatives and developed targeted instructional materials for distance learning.
