I've taught advanced Chemistry and Physics at Gymnasium Tiergarten, preparing Grades 7–13 students for university-level STEM while leading safe, rigorous laboratory instruction. I design curricula, run practical sessions, and use student-centered pedagogy to build scientific inquiry and critical thinking.

Previously, I co-founded Kornwerk für die regionale Biodiversität GmbH, where I directed technical operations, external R&D, grant administration, regulatory compliance, and early sales for plant-based beverages. My PhD research at Freie Universität Berlin focused on novel P,N-hybrid ligands, coordination chemistry, and molecular reactivity, alongside undergraduate teaching, laboratory management, and analytical work using NMR, X-ray crystallography, EPR, and FT-IR.
